This book is a compilation of stuff that is readily available on the net. There is not any new, groundbreaking or special advice contained within.I feel that anyone with internet access could have written this book within just a few days.

So far a a Dianabol only cycle goes I just avoid arguing about this sort of thing, it's a no win situation.

Regardless the fact is that it is and has been used as a stand-alone drug since the 1950's and is very effective by itself and as one of the older drugs their is plenty of valid human research data to validate this point, as well as provide advanced users, or those who just want to know more, some really hard core information.

Dianabol became very popular in the 1960's and a lot of classic physiques have no doubt been built mainly on this drug. Similarly a lot of Olympic and other major World Records pre 1972 would be often based upon just this drug (yup, actual athlete studies were done and are...somewhere...out there).

The great female/male performance ratio gap reduction between the late 1950's and particularly the early 1970's would also be, to a great degree anyway, a result of Dianabol.

Stacking really became popular in the early 1970's as a way of getting better gains than a highly anabolic non-aromatising compound like Primobolan, or low-aromatising compound like Deca could provide. So Dianabol or testosterone esters as examples were added. WHY did this make SUCH a big difference....magical mixes? Total BS - It was becuase the addition of compounds like Dianabol/testosterone aromatise...aromatise = more estrogen = more growth = more GH/IGF1 and so on.

On the other hand adding those drugs like deca/primo to highly aromatisable test or dianabol cycles added additional anabolic (& androgenic) potential to the cycle without adding to your total estrogen (and excessive androgenic sides). In simple terms, it made a high dose cycle 'safer & nicer to be on'.

There are DOZENS of University, Medical Research Institutes, and so on who conducted research on Dianabol only cycles in the 60's..maybe 70's on trained athletes. THEY WORK WELL! Real Dianabol is highly anabolic, with a slightly reduced androgenic potential as compared to testosterone. It aromatises - BUT LESS mg v mg compared to testosterone - so stories about gynecomastia from Real Dianabol are seriously overated, just plain test will give you man boobs the best!
 
Real dianabol and Acne

If real dianabol is the only androgen being used, antiestrogens won’t help much if at all with bloating, because the bloating is not from increased estrogen. Moderate-dose real dianabol use doesn’t increase estrogen levels: in fact it can reduce them.

You could try stacking some Winstrol if there is any bloating. But actually, most people don’t get severe bloating on moderate dose Real Dianabol.

As for acne, cleansing agents such as cleaning pads containing salicylic acid, or witch hazel, are helpful. And if you are using only moderate dose Dianabol (400 mg/week or less) then you may have little trouble with acne even if you take no measures against acne.
I recommend stacking an anti-estrogen (such as Nolvadex or Clomid) with Dianabol
 
My results with real dianabol

7 Weeks ago I finished a 13 week cycle, 7 weeks of bulking and 6 of cutting. Two days after my last shot of winny I started taking 10mg of real dianabol first thing in the morning, and I continued doing this for 4 weeks post cycle. During this time I kept 99% of my size and strength gains( I even pulled a raw, no belt no straps 600lb dead at the end of the 4th week). I started clomid the same day I started the real dianabol, but ran it a little heavier and a week longer than usual. This is just a guess, but I think my own natural test production recovered about 75% during this time, my nuts returned to their normal size but my sex drive seemed a little low.

So I would say the bridge did work, but if I was to do it again I would probably throw in an extra week of clomid after the bridge is done

Dianabol is a 17 alpha alkylated steroid and is orally applicable with a great effect on protein metabolism. Dianabol effects protein synthesis and supports a buildup of protein as a result. This setting results in a positive nitrogen balance which can also have a positive effect on well being. Dianabol is a very powerful steroid, in terms of both androgenic and anabolic effects on the user. The result of these effects will result in a great buildup of muscle mass and strength in a relatively quick period of time. That said, its main use is in mass building stacks. Dianabol is commonly combined with injectable testosterone products such as enanthate, cypionate, and sustanon, largely to "kick-start" the cycle to improve gains in muscle mass, strength and improve muscle pumps before the longer acting above mentioned testosterone esters go into full effect (this can often take several weeks or more, as in the case of sustanon, which contains two long acting esters which slow its start time). A weight gain of 2-4 pounds each week for six weeks is normal when using dianabol (combined with proper nutrition and training of course). This increase in weight results from the hypertrophy (growth) of muscle fibers, as well as water retention. This is due to the fact that dianabol aromatizes easily and as a result has high estrogenic properties. Since dianabol aromatizes so heavily, it is important to keep ancillary drugs such as anti-estrogens like nolvadex or its weaker counterpart clomid on hand in case symptoms of gyno show up during cycle. Proviron will also aid in this regard. Due to the heavy aromatizing properties of dianabol, it should not be used by bodybuilders nearing competition, as excess water retention is not desireable at such a time. Since dianabol is a 17-AA steroid, it should be noted that it is liver toxic if used in high doses or over extended periods of time (or both). 15-40 mg of dianabol per day should be sufficient for the steroid novice, and this dose should not be ran for much more than 4-6 weeks at most, and used mainly to kick-start a cycle as mentioned above. Dianabol only cycles are a poor idea for the novice, since dianabol is a more powerful agent than most injectable steroids and the athlete should work up to a level in which dianabol can be used safely in a steroid stack. It is important to understand your body's propensity for side effects and starting slowly is very important. Dianabol is a steroid for the slightly more advanced athlete. Dianabol only cycles generally involve a higher dose of dianabol (closer to 40 mg a day) to elicit favourable results - as a result such cycles are generally advised against. When stacked, less dianabol is needed since the injectable steroid is also aiding the muscle building properties desired. The use of dianabol in a low dose only to jump start a steroid cycle is the most that is generally recommended for the first time steroid user, and sometimes even this is considered too much, as testosterone only cycles are sufficient for those new to steroids for great gains in both strength and mass. The only benefit dianabol would add (stressing once again, at a relatively low dose which is all that is required for the first time user) is the psychological edge that the jump-start in the cycle would provide. Such an edge may make an individual more likely to strictly adhere to anabolic training and nutrition principles for the beginning of the cycle when motivation is not otherwise at its peak. Otherwise, the user is advised to be patient, since testosterone only cycles will provide the results with time. As an additonal tip, blood work should be done before any steroid cycle begins and is especially important in the case of dianabol. If dianabol is used for an extended period of time (six weeks or eight weeks at the absolute maximum), blood work should be performed after the completion of the cycle to determine liver values.

SIDE EFFECTS

Dianabol has a high propensity for estrogenic related side effects in high doses. Normally, if doses are kept low (15-20 mg daily), these side effect are less pronounced and sometimes not seen at all depending on the invidual user's response to the drug. Due to dianabol falling in the class of 17-AA steroids, it is liver toxic and can cause considerable strain on the liver in high doses and over extended periods of time. Even in doses as small as only 10 mg a day, increases in liver values may be seen, although when such moderate doses are used, liver values tend to return to normal after use of dianabol is halted. Since dianabol quickly increases body weight due to both hypertrophy and excess fluid retention, increases in both blood pressure and heart rate can occur, and in extreme cases may require the use of an antihypertensive drug such as catapressin. Bearing in mind that dianabol readily converts into estrogens, gynecomastia is always a possibility for the dianabol using athlete. Dianabol may also cause serious acne on the face, neck, chest, back and shoulders since the sebaceous gland is stimulated due to dianabol's conversion into dihydrotestosterone. If a genetic predisposition to hair loss is present in an individual, the use of dianabol may accelerate it. Once again, this is due to dianabol's conversion to dihydrotestosterone. After dianabol use is discontinued, a loss in strength may be seen since excess fluid retention is reversed. On the plus side, dianabol is a "feel good" steoroid known to improve mood, appetite, self confidence, and self esteem.

Water intake should be kept HIGH while using dianabol. This is one of those things that just can't be stressed enough. This will help your organs and especially your liver in the metabolism of dianabol. Do not underestimate the importance of water intake. If you do, strenuous and painful back pumps as well as headaches may result. As a recommendation, try to take in between 1-2 gallons of water each day while dianabol is used. For any enhanced athletes, water intake should be kept high. Do not forget to keep anti-estrogen drugs on hand during your cycle to combat possible estrogen related side effects such as gyno in the case they occur. Better to be safe than sorry - don't start any cycle using aromatizing compounds without such ancillary drugs at your disposal.

STACKING AND USE

Dianabol has a short half life of only about 3-5 hours. As a result, multiple applications of dianabol throughout the day are necessary to achieve a stable blood level. Dianabol should also be taken with food if possible to decrease possible gastrointestinal pain which may result from its use. Dianabol reaches the bloodstream within 1-3 hours.

As mentioned above, dianabol is normally used in a mass building stack to jump-start gains in muscle mass and strength as well as to improve pumps. The norm is to use a dose of 15-40 mg a day for a period of 4-6 weeks for this purpose. Dianabol should not be used for more than eight weeks at the absolute maximum and only under supervision from a health care professional. Blood work is important for all enhanced athletes, and for dianabol, such tests are even more important. A full blood panel should be carried out before and after a cycle and assessed by a certified health care practitioner.

Dianabol Only Cycles

Dianabol only cycles are generally frowned upon. The reason for this is because it would require a large amount of dianabol to elicit gains similar to those which can be made from a testosterone only cycle. Since dianabol has a characteristic of hepa-toxicity, such high doses would not be recommended. My personal opinion is that moderate steroid use can have minimal adverse health effects if any at all - if all the rules are followed, including focus on water intake, proper nutrition, protein intake, rest, and exercise itself.

I would go with 500 sust a week bro, I think 250 is not enough with 500 of sust and Dianabol at 35 I got 23lb (clean) bro in 10 wks, right now i just started my new cycle of test enathate 500/wk and 35 dbol for 12 wks, but as far as sides of Dianabol just head aches every now and then and awsome pumps and strength up to the sky. good luck bro.

I am on a Sustanon 250 and Dianabol stack at the moment (Sust = 250mg per week) (Dianabol = 25mg per day)

I've heard of the "pumps" and i get these mainly in my calves (when walking my dog) and lower back but when i've had a heavy session the pain is quite intense on the body part that i've just trained.

I'm on my third week of the Dianabol and my second week of sust'.

I'm wondering, because i've started to notice changes within me (mentally and physically) eg. lower back pain most of the time, more emotional (anger, depression) urine is a lot more orange/deep yellow looking in the morning, feeling lethargic and low in energy etc.

I eat very well (not entirely clean but a lot of food) i take quite a few vitamin suppliments with flax oil, cod liver, glucosamine sulphate and milk thistle etc.

Just wondering if these sides are common in most users.
